As part of their continuing mission to speed up the Internet, they are currently monitoring the performance and availability of all the major ISP hosting companies in the UK. If you are already a customer, or a prospective customer of any of these companies, you should find this information very enlightening.

You can check the availability of a particular ISP, or make comparisons between multiple ISPs.

Changing to a New ISP:

If you are thinking of switching your ISP (Internet Service Provider), you may like to check first whether they are a member of the Internet Service Providers Association. All members are vetted and must subscribe to a code of conduct, which means that if you have a complaint you can go to the ISPA and they will try to resolve the problem.
